A practical note on contact data.

This site collects only the details you choose to send through the project enquiry form.

What the form sends

Your name, email address, current workflow, desired change or pain point, and any optional organisation, timing, or budget context are emailed to the project inbox. A generated reference is included so the enquiry can be discussed without repeating its contents.

Why it is used

The information is used to review and reply to your enquiry, understand whether the work may be a fit, and maintain the resulting correspondence. It is not used for marketing, sold, or provided to data brokers.

Service logs and retention

The hosting and security layers may create ordinary technical logs, such as request time, route, IP address, and error or abuse signals. These help operate and protect the site. The mail provider processes and stores the enquiry and resulting correspondence. Correspondence is kept only as long as it remains practically useful for handling the enquiry, maintaining business records, or resolving security and delivery issues. Infrastructure and mail providers may retain their own operational records under their policies; this site does not claim a fixed period for systems outside its control.

Your choices

Do not send passwords or sensitive or confidential records through the form. To ask about an enquiry or request practical deletion of contact correspondence, email enquiries@5p00ky.dev. Some limited records may need to be retained where reasonably necessary for security, dispute handling, or ordinary business obligations.
